Renewed strength classes

Trainer Justin Smith will be incorporating powerlifting style training using the Big 3, Squat, Bench and Deadlift.  Along with accessory lifts to work on the smaller fast twitch muscles to assist with the bigger lifts.  If you’re looking to gain some strength and size while having some fun, this is the class for you!
